I'm Kristen Heaney

I'm the founder of In Three Generations, and I lead our team of trained peer group coaches who are ALL RisingGens themselves from their own financially successful families.

I experienced the death of my father when I was in college, and since then, I've committed myself to handling the role of inheritor with wisdom...or trying my best anyhow! In short order, I realized that along with the many blessings of wealth, there are also a lot of complexities. I still don't have it all figured out yet, but as a trained coach and facilitator, I've spent the last decade helping individuals, groups, and families navigate these complexities and thrive amidst wealth and/or family business.

RisingGen Cohort

The RisingGen Cohort Program is an exclusive virtual group for individuals from financially successful families. The following components are included in the RisingGen Cohort program: - Virtual Kick-Off Weekend - Eleven 90-minute Zoom meetings spanning 2 semesters (September-May) - Three individual coaching sessions via Zoom - Online RisingGen Cohort Community with cohort peers - Tools and resources to bring back for use with your family and/or family office Interested participants must apply prior to registering for this product. Scholars

Expand the knowledge needed to be an informed steward of wealth in key areas such as investing, estate planning, tax, and trust administration. This facilitated education program pairs access to Tamarind Learning’s Accredited Beneficiary Stewardship learning platform with twice monthly virtual peer meetings for accountability and connection.
