By registering for this group I understand and agree to the following terms:
- I may be asked to participate in a virtual interview which is designed to protect the integrity of the group and the privacy of its members.
- I am aware that In Three Generations’ Coaches do not provide insurance, accounting, legal, cash management, investment, estate planning or other financially-related licensed services. Any recommendations by a Coach or other peer group member having accounting, tax, financial, or legal implications are only suggestions to be reviewed by my advisors, and any decisions I make throughout this process are mine alone.
- In the course of the peer group, I may choose to disclose nonpublic information to my peer group including the coaches and I understand that my coaches will hold such information in confidence, not releasing it to anyone outside of In Three Generations, except as required under applicable law or governing codes of rules of professional conduct. If In Three Generations is served with legal process mandating the disclosure of confidential information, I will be notified immediately.
- Additionally, I may hear other participants share nonpublic information. I understand that any information shared during these group calls is confidential and should not be shared by anyone in the group to anyone outside the group under any circumstances. I understand that there is no way to guarantee that nonpublic information is kept confidential by other participants and as such, I will use discretion in sharing.
- Should nonpublic, confidential information be shared inappropriately by a peer group participant, I agree to fully indemnify and hold In Three Generations’ founder, coaches, contractors, affiliates, agents, attorneys, independent consultants, representatives and members harmless from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, demands, suits, or causes of action (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs).
- Furthermore, I understand that violation of this agreement of confidentiality is grounds for immediate removal from access to In Three Generations' peer group programs.
- In the course of peer group calls, I may be exposed to intellectual property of In Three Generations and/or other third party collaborators. I understand that this information is intended for my own personal use and for use within my family , and therefore I must not use or share any Collective intellectual property for my own financial gain or the financial gain of those who may be considered to be competitors of In Three Generations.
